Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, all online returns or exchanges are only acceptable if the item is unused, in its original packaging, items must also be returned within 14 days of delivery. If you are eligible, then please return the item within 7 days of your request being approved.
As per our regular Returns Policy, goods must be returned in perfect condition with tags attached within 7 days of returns approval. To request a return or an exchange, please email your order number, name and reason for return to contact@retrodesignerwear.com.

Orders
Where's My Order?
When an order is placed with us before 3pm Monday - Friday it will dispatched on the same day.
Kindly note that our next-day delivery service is available for orders placed Monday to Thursday before 3:00 PM. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed for delivery on the following applicable working day.
We make every effort to ensure your order is delivered the following working day. However, next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed, as delivery times are dependent on our courier partners and are outside of our control.
Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. If the following Monday is a bank holiday, orders will be dispatched the following Tuesday.
You should receive an email with your tracking information when the parcel is collected from our store by the courier.
If you have not received this, you may not have submitted an email address with your order. Please email us via our Contact Form and a member of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.
