CHRISTMAS RETURNS 2025
Unhappy with your purchase? Or need to exchange? Purchases made after 15th November can be returned or exchanged until 8th January 2026.
To request a return or an exchange, please email your order number, name and reason for return to contact@retrodesignerwear.com. We do not offer pre-paid return shipping.
ONLINE POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, all online returns or exchanges are only acceptable if the item is unused, in its original packaging, items must also be returned within 14 days of delivery. If you are eligible, then please return the item within 7 days of your request being approved.
EXCHANGE
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the exchanged item to you at no extra charge. If a balance is owed, you will be contacted for payment details upon receipt of your return. If we owe you any balance post exchange, it will be credited the same way it was initially paid. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunded monies to appear in your account.
RETURN
Customers who are looking to arrange an online return can email their order number, name and reason for return to contact@retrodesignerwear.com.
Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for your own reference. Retro Designer Wear does not accept any liability or responsibility for lost parcels.
Please note, we do not accept online returns in our store. Nor do we process replacements or refunds.
We ask that all customers returning an item include a note with their name, order number and action they wish to be taken within the parcel. Failure to do so may result in a delay in processing your return/exchange.
Once the goods have been received at our store, we will inspect the item to ensure it is not worn/damaged. Upon a successful inspection, your refund/exchange will be processed. You will not be refunded your original delivery charge. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and can take up to 10 working days to complete. Please allow this time to pass before contacting us.
Please ensure the item you’re returning adheres to the following:
* The tags have not been removed
* The garment has not been worn or damaged
* The packaging is returned
* Goods must be returned in perfect condition
Unfortunately you can't return swimwear, underwear, jewellery due to hygiene reasons.
If the goods returned do not meet the above criteria, your refund will not be processed. To have your product sent back to you, you will be required to pay an additional £5.99 shipping fee.
CANCELLED ORDER
If a cancellation is made before order processing and we have confirmed your order has been cancelled by email, then we will fully refund you through your original payment method. This can take up to 10 working days to process fully. Please do not contact us until this time has passed.
REFUND
Once your return has been received and is compliant with our return policy, we will refund you for the item returned by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 10 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider, excluding the cost of shipping.
All items must be returned in the same condition as received; unworn, unwashed unaltered, and with tags still attached. Items will be carefully inspected upon receipt of the return and if deemed inappropriately tried on or worn/washed, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
UNDELIVERED ORDERS - DOMESTIC
Orders that are unsuccessfully delivered and returned to the store are subject to a £5.99 returned delivery fee. If the customer arranges for the product to be resent and it is redelivered back to the store, another £5.99 returned delivery fee will be charged and the order will be cancelled and remaining monies refunded.
UNDELIVERED ORDERS - INTERNATIONAL
If an order is unsuccessfully delivered and the parcel is returned to Retro Designer Wear, any charges associated with returning or disposing of the shipment(s), including transportation and any applicable duties, taxes and fees, will be deducted from the order refund.
